Here’s your daily roundup of celebrity news, which has made headlines in the last 12 hours
The usually tough-faced Simon Cowell broke down in tears, bad weather forces a big change on I’m A Celeb and we take a look inside the X-Factor Celebrity winner’s gorgeous home Megan McKenna.
Simon Cowell gets emotional
Simon Cowell broke down in tears when a clip of his charity single was released and had to be consoled by his girlfriend Lauren Silverman, who rushed to kiss him during the live X Factor finale on Saturday night.
Viewers can now purchase the single, with proceeds going to Together For Short Lives and Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.
But Simon, 60, couldn’t speak as he lifted his glasses and placed his hand over his eyes and sobbed.
Fellow judge Nicole Scherzinger rubbed her arm for comfort as Simon’s girlfriend Lauren ran up to the judge’s podium and wrapped her arms around him from behind.
The Sun revealed last week that The X Factor would be swapping the traditional winner’s single for a group effort this year.
No celebrity treats last night (or should we say, no hassle!)
As is the case with every episode of I’m A Celebrity, two of the campmates are selected to participate in a challenge where they can earn “Goofy Dollars” and have a chance to answer a question correctly to win a treat.
This year’s batch of celebrities had great success with the Dingo Dollar Challenge, but also had several arguments when deciding which answer to choose, usually at the instigation of former rugby player James Haskell.
However, bad weather didn’t allow the celebrities to win a treat (or fight) on last night’s show.
Cameras captured the pouring rain and camp mates rushing to shelter under the hut of Caitlyn and Andy’s chiefs.
The latest episode saw Cliff Parisi become the third celebrity to be kicked off the show.
His departure follows in the jungle footsteps of Adele Roberts and Andrew Maxwell, who were first and second to go respectively.
DJ Adele was eliminated on Friday, while comedian Andrew left camp at the end of Sunday night’s show.
James Haskell in debt? No wonder he’s in the jungle!
So it turns out I’m a celebrity. James Haskell’s gym business is £168,000 in debt.
The muscular former rugby player, 34, is currently ruffling some feathers on the ITV show for which he is paid £50,000.
His gym business, which was nearly struck off Companies House’s register of companies last month for failing to file documents on time, has very large bills to pay.
Hask 45 (Bath) Limited filed accounts in October and they show the business’ net worth is -£167,683, with £349,582 in current liabilities.
In the magnificent house of Megan McKenna
X Factor: Celebrity winner Megan McKenna not only has a stunning singing voice, but she also has a jaw-dropping home.
The 26-year-old beauty opened up to MTV Cribs to show off her luxurious throw pillow which gave us a glimpse of her lavish home with its pristine white kitchen and huge Christmas tree.
One of the most impressive rooms is her brand new white kitchen – which she boasted she designed herself.
Moving upstairs, the monochromatic color scheme was applied to the bedroom with luxurious gray curtains, a cream rug and a white wicker sofa.
The former TOWIE star shared some personal snaps of her friends and family showing their support while she was on the show – and they even had the chance to indulge in a celebratory cake.
Roman Kemp’s girlfriend responds to criticism
Roman Kemp’s Swiss girlfriend Anne-Sophie Flury hits back at those who think the DJ should dump her.
The businesswoman is already worried about some thirsty tweets he’s been receiving, including from 2019 Love Island winner Amber Rose-Gill.
The tweet read, “Me when I found out Roman had a girlfriend,” coupled with a meme of her staring at her in disbelief.
When asked if it was a compliment that Roman was getting attention from other girls, her response was a “Yeah!” Well…’ before stopping.
Roman missed his partner, who he had been with for two years – he even cried after being given a luxury item, a cup with his face on the front.
Holly Willoughby joined Hollywood stars Julia Roberts and Cate Blanchett on the glamorous Fashion Awards red carpet
The 2019 Fashion Awards saw a wide array of dazzling celebrities in ball gowns for the chic event taking place at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Among the host of stars were TV favorite Holly Willoughby, Killing Eve’s Sandra Oh and music legends Ellie Goulding, Kylie and Rihanna.
Couple Liam Payne and Maya Henry appeared in love as they walked the red carpet.
